Data and purpose
We store your name, phone, optional email, selected service and enquiry summary to respond and arrange contact. Do not submit sensitive documents or details.
Access and retention
Only site administrators can access enquiries. Records are automatically deleted after 90 days when WordPress scheduled tasks run. Hosting backups may retain copies under the hosting policy.
Cookies and protection
The form uses a short-lived essential cookie to protect against forged requests. A key derived from your network address limits excessive submissions; the plugin does not store the raw address.
External services and your rights
WhatsApp and map links open external services with their own policies. The plugin does not automatically load trackers or embedded maps. Email us to request access, correction or deletion after identity verification.
